Description
For your consideration is a December 1969 6119-7173 Silver Rally Diver. An interesting, rare and early proof model. All mechanical and cosmetic components are completely original to the watch. The crystal is a Hardlex from Klein.
It has a classic English-Roman day wheel. These 6119 movements are among the best that Suwa had to offer at the time. The main plate and bridges are fully jeweled with diafix settings. This resulted in a very accurate and robust.
Condition
I would rate the cosmetic condition as excellent. The case has all of the original surface brushing on the upper surface and has not been polished; retaining all of its original case lines. The case and dial dates are separated by one month (9DN and 01). The dial and hands are completely original and retain all of their luster. The bezel insert is NOS. The watch comes on the original Stelux solid oval-link Seiko branded bracelet.

Service and Warranty
This movement serviced and upgraded. That process includes a full cleaning and evaluation of all movement components and proper lubrication. Lubricants used were Moebius synthetic varieties appropriate for this watch movement type. The movement has two custom produced, American made jewels in the ports of the barrel arbor. The amplitude of the balance wheel is 240-250 range and the rate is (+/-) 2 sec/day. The case back and crown all have new, and factory correct seals.
