How the process works
I do not take watches until I am ready to work them. Because I work serially, I can ensure that your watch receives all of my attention. However, this also means that wait times can be long. This also ensures that when I do request the watch, I can finish it quickly and have it back to you within a few days. Deposits are not needed to get a spot on my list.
When your watch arrives, I record myself unboxing and assessing the watch in real time. All video evaluations are free of charge. This is used to determine the “as shipped” state of the watch. If it is determined that the watch is not in need of service, I will repackage and ship it back within 24 hours. If we do move forward, the full service process is documented and a YouTube video is provided to demonstrate that I have done my best to ensure your watch is functioning at its best. All serviced watches receive a one year limited warranty.
