Description
For your consideration is a March 1975, 6139-6002 Automatic Chronograph wristwatch. This watch is the sunburst “honey dial” variant that is often seen in the later style watches.
Condition
The watch presents as very original unto itself and I would rate the cosmetic condition as a 8.9/10. The case is unpolished and retains original and sharp lines and brushing on the upper surface. The hands and dial are in original and retain their factory applied lume. The watch comes on an original and Seiko tapered H-link bracelet. The dial has a few minor imperfections known as “peppering”. Otherwise, the condition is very good. The inner turning bezel is unfaded and turns properly.

Service and Warranty
I serviced this watch on 01/07/2022. That process includes a full cleaning and evaluation of all movement components and proper lubrication. Lubricants used were Moebius synthetic varieties appropriate for this watch movement type. The dial date is somehwhat hard to discern, but it is marked by the factory. I installed two custom produced, American made jewels in the ports of the barrel arbor. The amplitude of the balance wheel is 230-240 range and the rate is (+/-) 2 sec/day. The case back, chronograph pushers and crown all have new, and factory correct seals and it has a new Hardlex crystal. This watch comes with a 100% money back promise of originality and a 1-year limited warranty on the movement from the time of sale.
