For your consideration is a December 1978 7548-700F. The iconic Seiko Quartz Diver. Case, dial, hands, chapter ring, and bezel are completely original to the watch. Crystal is from Klein and band is from Uncle Straps.
Condition
The watch is completely original unto itself and is in very good condition for its age. The case has all of the original surface brushing on the upper surface and has not been polished; retaining all of its original case lines. The dial and hands are in very good condition and retain their original luminous material. The watch comes with an Uncle Seiko GL rubber band.
Service and Warranty
I serviced this watch which includes a full cleaning and evaluation of all movement components and proper lubrication. Lubricants used were Moebius synthetic varieties appropriate for this watch movement type. The movement a new center wheel jewel — this removes the wear point on the 754X quartz movements. The rate is (+/-) 0.02 sec/day. The case back, bezel and crown all have new, and factory correct seals. The crown was mechanically rebuilt to replace the gasket.
