Description
For your consideration is an November 1972 6139-6012 “Reverse Panda — Bruce Lee” Automatic Chronograph. All components original to this watch (dial, hands, case, pushers, crown, bracelet, and all mechanical components).
Condition
The case remains unpolished and I would rate the condition as excellent vintage. The dial is original and all hands are original to the watch. The dial is the beautiful Seiko matte black with a reverse panda sub registry. The dial is date stamped three months prior to the case back (28 — see images). The dial and hands retain their original Seiko factory lume. The chronograph hands reset exactly to their vertical positions. The crystal is a new and correct Klein Hardlex.

Service
I serviced this watch and that process includes a full cleaning and evaluation of all movement components and proper lubrication and the installation of two new jewels in the arbor ports (a $140 upgrade). Lubricants are Moebius synthetic varieties appropriate for this watch movement type. The amplitude numbers are 230-240 range and the rate is +/- 2 sec/day. The case back, pushers and crown all have new, and factory correct seals.
