Description
For your consideration is an October 1971 6139-6002 “Blue Pogue” or “Cevert” Automatic Chronograph. All components are original to this watch including the hands, dial, case, crown, pushers, and all mechanical components. The bracelet is the original straight H-link.
Condition
The dial a beautiful early-70’s matte blue with the very desirable Resist text “Automatic Chronograph”. The hands are in perfect and unscratched condition and the lume on both the dial and hands is flawless and original. The dial and case back date stamps are from the same month. The case was lightly buffed but retains all of the original surface brushing and high polish edges. The hands reset exactly to their vertical positions. The crystal is a new Klein Hardlex glass replacement. The dial has a few very minor flaws that are very hard to notice without high magnification (full disclosure of details).

Service
The movement of this watch is fully serviced and includes a full cleaning and evaluation of all movement components and proper lubrication plus the addition of two American made arbor port jewels. Lubricants used were Moebius synthetic varieties appropriate for this watch movement type. The case back, pushers and crown all have new, and factory correct seals.
This watch comes with a limited 1-year limited warranty on the movement from the time of sale. Shipping is to CONUS through USPS 2-day. International is a flat fee using USPS international priority.
